How to change the stones
In rings A, M, and 2-V stones are removed and replaced from the top of the ring.  Hold the back of the ring firmly, grasp the gemstone with the other hand and pull the stone out.  Push the new stone straight in from the top of the ring..  Tempered sterling and gold are quite strong and hold the stones securely.  In the 2V ring, push the stone up and out the top from the inside, using your index finger.

Rings B, D, E, T, and CD are interchangeable by pressing the stones down into the interior of the ring.  Take off the ring and press the stone down into the middle of the ring.  The replacement stone is inserted by pushing up from the inside of the ring.  When the ring is being worn, the stone is further secured by the finger.
